How to Create an Online Account

1. Please visit https://billpay.vtes.vt.edu/
2. Click “Register now.”
3. Fill in all blanks in order to gain online access.
4. Customers will need information from their bill for the  "Personal Details" section. If you do not have a copy of a VTES bill, please call 540-231-6437 and VTES will be more than happy to assist.
5. Once registered online, customers may view their usage data and pay and view bills online. Bills may also be printed for record keeping.
   
   

Have multiple VTES accounts?

1. Once logged into your account, Select "Profile" on the lefthand side of the screen.
2. Click “Account list”.
3. Enter the requested information to add additional accounts.
